INVESTMENT STRATEGY
Regis Capital Group acquires income producing assets with a strategic focus on retail centers and multi-family properties. We focus on properties with stabilized cash flow and value-enhancement opportunities in all major cities throughout the nation (top 20 MSA). Our philosophy is to be both conservative and creative in our approach to enhancing value of potential assets over exit time frames. We strive to reduce investment risk while increasing our internal rate of return. Our investor base consists of preferred high net worth individuals and families as well as private wealth funds. Our underwriting professionals handle all leads internally and hence expedite our decisions to pursue potential assets.
